Upon arrival all clients are required to be wearing a mask and should be worn all throughout your service. Hands will be sanitised and temperatures taken for everyone. 

New Customers

50% Non-refundable deposit is required for all services.

If you are a new customer in order to secure an appointment a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all services. Failure to provide payment within 48 hours of making booking, will result in cancellation.

  • Please ensure that you inform us of any changes you will like to make to any service you have booked before your appointment so we can plan accordingly. 
  • Please note that service times noted on the system when you are booking may not be a true reflection of the time your hair will take. There are many factors that may affect service time such as length of hair, thickness of hair, the type of service and the drying time. If there is a particular time you have to leave the salon, please let us know so that we can discuss how we can ensure that happens.
  • Also if you are colouring please note that it should be communicated to us and a picture of your hair and the desired look sent to our WhatsApp. Some colour services will require that a consultation appointment be set up prior to the service being carried out. 

If there is a service that you are interested in that you may not have seen on our service listing. Please let us know what that is so we can see how best we can provide that service to you. 


  • Note that if your hair is in cornrows or twists and requires it to be pulled out that will come at an additional cost and will require it to be communicated to us prior. This also goes for hair that may be very tangled as these occurrences will take up additional time within your appointment. 
  • Also if you are colouring please note that it should be communicated to us and a picture of your hair and the desired look sent to our WhatsApp. Some colour services will require that a consultation appointment be set up prior to the service being carried out.

CONFIRMATION

Please note that a team member will contact you a day before the appointment to confirm that you will be coming. If we have not heard from you personally within 24hours prior or if we are unable to get you the evening before your appointment we will have to make the space available for someone else to access. You can still contact us if you are still interested and if we have the space available we will definitely serve you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Asherlee Naturals Ltd, we strive to provide the best service to all our clients. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and appointments may need to be rescheduled. However, to manage our schedule effectively and to do our best to accommodate all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:


  1. Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours in Advance: If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, will attract no penalty.
  2. Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before Appointment: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.
  3. Cancellations Made Less Than 12 Hours Before Appointment: If you cancel your appointment within 12 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged. Consideration may applied due to the circumstance.
  4. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice, a fee of 100% of the service cost will be applied.
